Manzoni Realty has relocated and returned to their office on Columbia Avenue in Cape May. Carmen Manzoni has been in the real estate business for over 40 years. Specializing in professional appraisals, Manzoni offers knowledge of the industry that is rare to find in a real estate broker. The Manzoni Realty team consists of eight realtors alongside Carmen and his assistant.
“As a small company we can devote more time to each customers individual needs. We’re a full service real estate company: sales, investments, summer rentals, year round rentals, and appraisals. We benefit from our reputation.”
That reputation is the result of a successful and productive career. Manzoni got into real estate 40 years ago with Walter B Howe out of Princeton New Jersey. He opened Stony Brook Realty four years later, and has since found success from Hunterdon County on down. Today, Manzoni Realty brings the full benefit of that experience to Cape May County.
Continuing education is an important part of Manzoni’s business. Carmen has continued to grow his knowledge of the real estate industry by seeking educational programs beyond those required in the field. Expanding his expertise allows Manzoni to do more for each customer and their individual situation.
An emphasis on customer service complements the vast experience and great reputation of the Manzoni name. The National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers awarded Manzoni New Jersey Appraiser of the Year for 2001. It’s no surprise that Manzoni’s expert appraisals are sought by many – even competitive brokers. Carmen went on to serve as the president of the NAIFA, Atlantic Cape Chapter.
