Given every year, the MAC Honor Award recognizes people who have been instrumental to the growth and success of the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts & Humanities (MAC) of Cape May. On Thursday, Nov. 9 at the Cape May Lutheran Church, the 2017 MAC Honor Award was presented to Beth and Frank Acker of Cape May. The Ackers have opened their historic home, the Cherry House, for numerous MAC tours over the years and have generously donated most of the proceeds to MAC. These tours have included Christmas Candlelight House Tours, Cheery Cherry House Tours and Holiday Inns Tours, among others.
