COURT HOUSE — Robert T. Rich, broker-owner of Coldwell Banker James C. Otton Real Estate, Inc. has announced Elaine Cathcart as new branch manager in the Court House office, 15 S. Main St.
“Cathcart has been, and continues to be, a cornerstone of the company with 20 years experience in real estate sales and rentals,” Rich stated in a release.
Licensed as a broker-salesperson in 2002, Cathcart previously managed the Avalon branch office, 2809 Dune Drive.

To Its Staff
CAPE MAY — Wilsey Realty, 501 Lafayette St., has announced the addition of Starr Taylor to the agency’s team.
“Taylor is a full-time, experienced Realtor committed to excellent customer service with an extensive knowledge of the Cape May and the greater Cape May markets,” according to a release.
Taylor’s knowledge about the local area comes from her experience as a real estate agent and from the 20 plus years she and her husband have owned a Cape May business.
She brings to real estate sales the same enthusiasm, marketing knowledge, financial skills and friendly service developed through the years of operating her own family business, the release added.
