The class of participants is limited to 20 individuals and a tuition fee and time commitment is required.
Past participants in Leadership Cape May County offer the following comments about the program: “I believe this Leadership Program is a benefit to our community and it is a privilege to know that I am a part of the succession into Cape May County’s future,” said Maggie Colwell from Crest Savings Bank. Nina Ranalli from the Avalon Library offered, “Perhaps the best part was the opportunity to learn from and connect with my smart, driven classmates. I strongly recommend this program for local professionals working in any field,” and Ron Sulpizi from Sturdy Savings Bank shared, “I found the Leadership Cape May County program to be a valuable experience for any current or emerging leader within an organization serving Cape May County. The field exercises helped provide a firsthand perspective of the real issues and challenges impacting Cape May County directly from the sources. The classroom and group work also provided a great foundation for the skills needed to develop an effective team. I thoroughly enjoyed the program, exposure to the issues, and the opportunity to expand my network with other area professionals.”
