‘Mature Moves’
With Ludlams
James Ludlam, owner of Century 21 Cape Shore Realty in North Cape May, has announced that broker Judith Ludlam and broker-associate Candi Ludlam have acquired “Century 21 Mature Moves Specialists” designations after receiving specialized training focused on assisting homebuyers and sellers of retirement age or older.
James Ludlam told the Herald that there is a “large and growing population of mature consumers in our market.”
‘New Urbanism’
at Coastal Colors
When Belldon’s Coastal Colors partners originally planned their “new urbanism”-style development for Wildwood Crest beachfront, some questioned whether people really want to come to the shore to live in self-contained community clusters, sharing luxury amenities with neighbors. What works in South Beach is not necessarily what works in southern Jersey.
At the most recent homeowners’ association meeting, attended by almost 40 percent of unit owners, homeowners Lyle Carpenter, and Janet and Bill Lasko, among others, stood up to praise the concept.
Belldon’s partners are (above, from left) Joseph and Patrick Bello and William Midon.
