Kraemer Named Diabetes Center Manager at Medical Center

COURT HOUSE — Cindy Kraemer, has been appointed manager of the Diabetes Center at Cape Regional Medical Center.
Kraemer earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from De Pauw University in Greencastle, Indiana, and has held an Advanced Pediatric Nurse Certification from Johns Hopkins University for the past 10 years.
She is board-certified as a Diabetes Educator. She has been a member of the Cape Regional Medical Center family since 1991 and has served as Clinical Coordinator for Diabetes Services for the past four years, and is also active in the Medical Center’s Parish Nurse Program.
“Our New Diabetes Center is providing support to our growing diabetic population in Cape May County,” stated Kraemer. “The Center, which has been operational since 2002, is newly renovated and more centrally located in the Medical Center to provide full service to our clients and patients, she added.
