The Tri-State Society for Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation is one of the largest affiliates of the National American Association for Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation. TSSCVPR is dedicated to its mission of reducing negative outcomes from cardiovascular and pulmonary disease through education, prevention, rehabilitation, research and disease management. Central to the core mission is improvement in quality of life for patients and their families. In 2007, to meet the growing needs of our membership, the Tri-State Board approved the formation of two new chapters. Tri-State is not looking for conformity, rather participation.
Cape Regional Medical Center is an affiliate of the University of Pennsylvania Health System for Cancer Care and Cardiac Care, accredited by The Joint Commission with its Gold Seal of Approval and an Accredited Chest Pain Center. The 242-bed Medical Center is located in the heart of Cape May County.
