Impending Storm Prompts Significant Cancellations Nov. 7-8

TRENTON – The Port Authority strongly advises air travelers to check with their carriers before going to the airport Nov. 7 due to a significant number of flight cancellations by the airlines in the wake of the approaching coastal storm.
The airlines serving the Port Authority’s major airports – Newark Liberty International, John F. Kennedy International, and LaGuardia have cancelled all or a significant number of their flights beginning at noon Nov. 7 and continuing through early tomorrow.
The airports will remain open during the coastal storm and Port Authority personnel will be on hand for travelers who require assistance.
