Iggy’s Firehouse Grill Schedules Grand Opening

By Sponsored Content

At Iggy’s Firehouse Grill, located at 911 Bayshore Road in Villas, owner David (Iggy) Kabalan wants his customers to know that along with putting out fires locally, he’s fired up the grill and opened his own restaurant.
A graduate of Atlantic Cape Community College, where he majored in culinary arts, Kabalan worked in several restaurants in the area, before opening his own establishment. He knows that serving only fresh, made to order dishes will please his customers every time. If you are curious about the name, “Iggy” was given to him by his fellow firefighters, and the name just stuck!
The Cape May native has been a firefighter at the Town Bank Fire Company for 17 years and is a lifelong member. When asked about his service and the restaurant, he reveals that it’s a wonderful way to combine his two passions in life and he can be surrounded by friends, firefighters, police, and all the other service professionals in the area.
Guys and girls who want to stop in, sit in a charming restaurant, decorated in — what else — firefighter motif, where fire trucks and hats line the walls and there’s even a model train that runs along a track near the ceiling. They’ll be treated to a great meal and a chance to relax and visit a spell.
Iggy’s Firehouse Grill is already known for overstuffed hoagies, fresh steak sandwiches with fresh chopped steak, and Iggy’s is acquiring a reputation for serving outstanding breakfasts. People are already talking about the crunch wraps, especially the Chicken Fajita and the Cordon Bleu. I’ve heard it said that Iggy’s is the “best kept secret in the Villas!”
So be sure to stop by the Grand Opening on the 25th and have your picture taken in front of the fire truck or maybe Sparky the dog will show up! Entertainment will be provided to make sure everybody has a great time. Mark your calendar, and we’ll see you then!
