CAPE MAY COUNTY — The Herald Newspaper has signed up with local police departments this July Fourth to send out free text alerts notifying users of planned fireworks displays, festivals, and changes. Recipients will be notified on their cell phones in the event of any delays, cancellations, or rescheduling.
