Cape May Court House – Middle Township Senior Center is hosting a Health and Wellness Resource Day on Thursday, September 26 from 11am-2pm.
Aside from information on the senior center, attendees will be able to learn more about local healthcare resources including long term care, skilled nursing, subacute rehabililation centers, home care agencies, hospices, elder law, visiting physicians, assisted livings, Cape Regional Medical Center services, medical equipment, in-home rehabilitation services, Alzheimer’s care, telephone reassurance programs and the County Department of Health as well as Aging and Disability.
Folks will also have made available to them healthcare screenings such as blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol taken by the parish nurses. Total Hearing Care will be on hand for complimentary hearing screens. Giveaways, raffles, and lots of important information to care for yourself or your loved ones are all complimentary, so stop on by the Senior Center at 23 Romney Place in Cape May Court House.
