COURT HOUSE – Brian Groetsch, Jr., a Broker-Associate with RE/MAX at the Shore, is Cape May County Association of REALTORS® (CMCAR®) 2012 REALTOR® of the Year. This annual award recognizes one member of CMCAR® who demonstrates a commitment to the REALTORS® Code of Ethics, the furtherance of good real estate practices among real estate licensees and the general public, and dedication to the organization.
Serving as President of Cape May County Association of REALTORS® (CMCAR®) for two terms in 2011 and 2012, Groetsch, is a Cape May native and has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2004. Boasting numerous national REALTOR® designations including CRS® (Certified Residential Specialist) GRI® (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) ABR® (Accredited Buyer Representation), SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and ePRO, Groetsch also earned his NJ State Brokers License in 2007.
Serving on the CMCAR® board of directors since 2008 in the capacity of Director, Secretary, Vice President and President, Groetsch has also chaired and served on several CMCAR® association committees. In 2010, he was appointed as a director to the New Jersey Association of REALTORS® (NJAR®) and will continue through 2012. He has also emerged as a four time NJAR® “Bronze” Circle of Excellence Award recipient from 2008-2011. Only 6% of New Jersey REALTORS® achieve this prestigious award.
Along with all the REALTORS® of the Year selected by other New Jersey local boards/associations of REALTORS®, Groetsch will be honored by NJAR® during the Triple Play REALTOR® Convention & Trade Expo in Atlantic City on Dec. 4.
