On Wednesday, May 8, the Greater Wildwood Chamber of Commerce awarded $1,000 scholarships to 10 local students at its 20th Annual Restaurant Showcase.
The event is the primarily a fundraiser which raises educational scholarship money for graduating students who attend either Wildwood or Wildwood Catholic High Schools or students who reside in the Wildwoods and attend the Cape May County Technical High School. This year, GWCOC awarded scholarships to Jasmine Badie, Wildwood Catholic; Lena Cassidy, Wildwood Catholic; Gianna Cianci, Wildwood High School; Joseline Diaz, Wildwood High School; Isabella Feraco, Wildwood Catholic High School; Gloryellis Harrison, Wildwood High School; Maddie McCracken, Wildwood High School; Jovaniel Pagan Lopez, Wildwood High School; Ava Vandepol, Wildwood High School; and Elyssa Zaccaria, Cape May County Technical High School.
