On Saturday, August 20, patrons of the arts had a chance to meet Russian artist Anna Razumovkaya at Gallery D’May in Cape May. Razumovskaya is considered one of the leading figurative artists in the world today, previously holding solo shows in New York, Paris, Toronto, Amsterdam, Antwerp and Berlin, as well as having numerous works in private collections around the world. She often depicts female dancers and musicians in her paintings, bridging new and classic art styles. The event was very successful this past weekend, not only allowing patrons to meet Razumovkaya, but also allowing them to view her newest collection. The exhibit will be on display at Gallery D’May now through Sept. 15.
