COURT HOUSE – The Atlantic/Cape May Vicinage of the New Jersey Superior Court and South Jersey Legal Services will hold free foreclosure seminars.
The first seminar will be held on Tue., Oct. 18 at 2 p.m. at the Cape May County Courthouse, 9 N. Main St., Cape May Courthouse.
The second seminar will be held on Tue., Oct. 25 at 10:00 a.m. at the Atlantic County Criminal Courts Complex, 4997 Unami Blvd., Mays Landing.
The Atlantic/Cape May Vicinage and South Jersey Legal Services have organized this seminar to answer the public’s questions about foreclosure. Topics will include the court’s procedures and processes, foreclosure laws, the foreclosure mediation program, tenants’ rights during foreclosure, foreclosure prevention and intervention resources.
The seminar will include a question-and-answer session, and attendees will be provided with foreclosure information packets. A Spanish interpreter will be available.
No advance registration is required, but space is limited to the first 60 participants. No personal cases can be discussed or resolved.
