Family Promise Receives $20,000

Family Promise of Cape May County has been granted $20,000 from the Mustard Seed of Cape May County. The Mustard Seed of Cape May County is a non-profit 501 (C) 3 Corporation which serves as an outreach arm of St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Stone Harbor. It exists to incubate and nurture initiatives that provide for the poor, the needy, the distressed and those on the fringes of our community. Family Promise of Cape May County, also a non-profit, continues to be a much needed resource in Cape May County which keeps homeless families together in their time of crisis. It provides safe shelter and meals in congregational facilities and the support services needed to educate, encourage, and empower these families in their quest to reestablish their individual pride and independence.
