Doctors Merge Practices and Open Cape OB/GYN Associates

COURT HOUSE – Bruce Noll, M.D., FACOG, Richard Michner, M.D., and Joseph Milio, D.O., FACOG have announced the opening of their new practice, Cape OB/GYN Associates, a Division of Regional Women’s Health Group, LLC.
Dr. Noll is a graduate of the Autonomous University of Guadalajara, Mexico. He completed an internship at Hahnemann Medical College Hospital and a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune, NJ, where he was named Chief Resident in his senior year. He has been a member of the Medical Staff at Cape Regional Medical Center and in private practice in Cape May Court House since 1980. Dr. Noll is Board- Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and was appointed a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1985. He has been named “Top Doc” by NJ Monthly Magazine, US News and World Report and Castle Connolly Medical, Ltd. since 2005. He held numerous leadership positions at Cape Regional Medical Center including Chairman of Infection Control Committee, Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, member of the Medical Staff Executive Committee and Chairman of the Bylaws Committee.
Dr. Michner is a graduate of the Autonomous University of Guadalajara, Mexico. He completed a rotating internship at Morristown Memorial Hospital and a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Roosevelt-St. Luke’s Hospital in New York City. Following his residency, Dr. Michner was an attending physician at Mercy Catholic Medical Center in Upper Darby, PA where his responsibilities included training medical students and residents in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Jefferson University. He has been a member of the Medical Staff at Cape Regional Medical Center since 1984 during which time he maintained a private practice in Cape May Court House. Currently, Dr. Michner is a preceptor for physician assistant students from Arcadia University and an Associate Professor of Anatomy/Physiology at Cape Atlantic Community College. Dr. Michner served in various Medical Staff leadership roles at Cape Regional Medical Center including President of the Medical Staff. He is currently serving on the Cape Regional Health System Board of Trustees. He is a member of the North American Menopause Society and has been nominated for the 2013 Joseph A. Pacera Award for Service to Maternal and Child Health, recognizing those who have made a significant contribution to aiding underserved and at-risk families in South Jersey.
Dr. Milio is a graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed both his internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Kennedy Memorial Hospital-University Medical Center. He is Board-Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has been a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists since 1993. Dr. Milio served in the United States Air Force as Chief of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at F.E. Warren Air Force Base in Cheyenne, WY. He joined the Medical Staff at Cape Regional Medical Center in 1992 and has maintained a private practice in Cape May Court House since that time. He currently serves as Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Cape Regional Medical Center and is a staff physician at Complete Care Health Network. Dr. Milio has a special interest in minimally invasive surgery, high risk obstetrics and management of abnormal pap smears.
