COURT HOUSE – The Southern New Jersey Freeholders’ Association’s (SNJFA) Annual Reorganization meeting took place Jan. 27, 2014 in Sea Isle City. During the meeting, Cape May County Freeholder Vice-Director Leonard C. Desiderio was sworn in by the Lt. Governor as the 2014 president of the organization that is made up of the eight southern counties – Atlantic, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Burlington, Gloucester, Ocean and Salem.
