COURT HOUSE – David Cho, M.D., a Board-Certified Radiation Oncologist, has joined the Cancer Care Team at Cape Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Cho received his Bachelor of Science in Bioelectric Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He then received his Medical Doctorate from the Medical College of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University. He began his post-graduate education with an internship at New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens. He completed his education with a residency in Radiation Oncology at New York University where he served as Chief Resident in Radiation Oncology. He performed senior electives at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in both brachytherapy and pediatric radiation oncology and at the Division of Radiation Oncology of Mt. Sinai Medical Center, New York in LDR prostate brachytherapy.
Dr. Cho’s clinical experience includes serving as Medical Director for Radiation Medicine as part of Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Ithaca, New York for the past six years where he served as Primary Investigator for the Radiation Therapy Oncology Group. He holds academic appointments at both the Roswell Park Cancer Institute and the University of Buffalo.
