CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE — The Cape May County Chamber of Commerce Annual Business @ the Beach Expo will be held April 20, 2016 at the Wildwoods Convention Center. The largest business networking event in Cape May County invites the business public to be their guest. With over 600 business people in attendance, this is a great opportunity to network and shop for business goods and services. The Expo is open and free to the business public and features 110 displays from local businesses.
A free Customer Service Training workshop for business owners, managers and supervisors will be offered from 2:30 to 4 p.m. and the Business @ The Beach Expo floor is open from 4 to 7 p.m.
The Customer Service Training Workshop entitled “The Jersey Cape Experience, Serving Dreams in 2016” will be led by Mary Foltz of Service Counts! The Cape May County Chamber of Commerce and Atlantic Cape Community College have partnered together to form a coalition with every local chamber of commerce in the County to provide this training. Business owners are urged to attend and learn how to enable their staff members to deliver exceptional customer service and equip their leadership team to be strong, effective service leaders.
This training is provided through a cooperative effort with Atlantic Cape Community College and the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation, and funded through a grant from the New Jersey Community College Consortium for Workforce and Economic Development and the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
