Father and son owners Fabio Pawlus Sr. and Fabio Pawlus Jr. opened Court House Fitness on Aug. 22, 2016 on a shared passion for fitness. Fabio Sr. previously owned a gym in North Cape May, and he wanted to get back into the business. Fabio Jr. graduated from Rowan University with a degree in Health and Physical Education, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, so it was only natural for the father and son pair to open the business together.
Fabio Sr. serves as the owner and manager of Court House Fitness, while Fabio Jr. acts as the operating manager and oversees daily activities. Fabio Jr. shares that his wife Kimberly is an extension of him, helping out significantly when it comes to running the business.
A 24-hour full service fitness and health club, Court House Fitness offers 5,000 square feet of state-of-the-art equipment catered to all fitness needs. From cardio equipment, to free weights, to plate- and pin-loaded machines, to personal training programs, Court House Fitness has something for you. Additionally, a quiet, spacious room is stocked with multiple pieces of equipment for yoga, stretching and other needs. Soon, Court House Fitness will hold outdoor boot camps in its large back parking lot. Get ready to sweat!
