Zografakis Relocates
WILDWOOD — RE/MAX of the Wildwoods has announced its newest sales associate, Paul Zografakis.
Previously with RE/MAX Avalon-Stone Harbor, Zografakis specializes in the listing and sale of residential properties throughout Cape May County.
“Working with the number one real estate company in the world, has been a great experience for me,” said Zografakis in a release.
“The majority of homes that I’ve sold over the last three years have been in the Wildwoods, so it made sense to transfer to the Wildwood office, where I could better serve my clients,” he stated.

Rowland Trained In Systems
COURT HOUSE — Marion M. Rowland, branch manager of Coldwell Banker James C. Otton Real Estate, 15 S. Main St., which has served the Court House area for nine years, has completed Coldwell Banker Systems Orientation, the training program tailored for new affiliates of the Coldwell Banker system.
Held from July 30-Aug. 2 in Parsippany, the program is designed to introduce new affiliates to the programs and resources available through Coldwell Banker.
“The Coldwell Bank Systems Orientation program provided me with an overview of the industry’s most impressive technology, marketing and business development resources, so that I can provide the most comprehensive home-buying and selling programs to Court House clients,” said Rowland in a release.
Rowland possesses the GRI designation.

Ridgway, Wilsey Link
CAPE MAY — Broker Gail Wilsey Morrison of Wilsey Realty, LLC has announced that Jim Ridgway has joined Wilsey Realty Team to serve real estate needs of Cape May and Lower Township.
Ridgway is an active member of the community. He teaches marketing and TV media at Lower Cape May Regional High School, where he had taught for 33 years along with his wife, also a district teacher.
His oldest son Justin is employed with Sturdy Savings Bank in Court House and his son James is a freshman majoring in Finance at St. Joesph’s University, where he is a member of the golf team.
