CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE—The Cape May County Chamber of Commerce will hold its Annual Legislative Update on August 18 at the Stone Harbor Golf Club. Congressman Frank LoBiondo, 2nd Congressional District Representative will update chamber members on federal legislation affecting living and working in Cape May County.
The County Chamber is well known for its’ business advocacy and leadership on issues affecting the ability to do business in the county and region. Recently, the Chamber has been very active on issues including opposition to offshore oil drilling that could devastate the tourism industry, replenishment of the Shore Protection Fund necessary to protect our beaches, businesses, and homes, and recreational fishing and dredging regulations that threaten the viability of our waterways.
