Coastline Welcomes Ken Hutchinson

CAPE MAY — Coastline Realty, 1400 Texas Ave., has welcomed Ken Hutchinson to its office.
Hutchinson’s relocated from Buck’s County, Pa. to Cape May on a full time basis in 2001, having vacationed here for years with family and friends, according to a release.
He has been selling real estate here and the surrounding areas since his relocation. During that time Hutchinson has been involved in numerous new construction projects including hew home developments as well as condominium projects from start to finish, and is representing Tompkins Builders.
Hutchinson’s background prior to becoming a Realtor was in the hospitality industry. He brought to the job the highest level of guest services that only few could achieve.
Hutchinson graduated from The Academy of Culinary Arts in Mays Landing in and worked in various hotels and restaurants in the Cape May area as well as a three-year stay on the island of Maui, Hawaii.
