By Press Release

Mike Couch, Executive Director of the Cape May County Coast Guard Community Foundation, presented a $5,000 donation to the Jersey Cape Military Spouses’ Club on Tuesday, Nov. 27, Giving Tuesday, at their monthly meeting.
The Jersey Cape Military Spouses’ Club promotes the morale and well-being of uniformed personnel and their families at U.S. Coast Guard Training Center Cape May. The Foundation is proud to aid their efforts with this donation, which will support the development of an online learning tool for Coast Guard spouses to help them assimilate into the military life.
The large presentation check uses a dry erase marker in hopes that the Foundation can continue to support local causes in the years to come.
Thanks to the Lakewood BlueClaws and OceanFirst Foundation for their grant to the Foundation through the Home Runs for Heroes program.
