COURT HOUSE – Cathy D. Phillips, Commercial Lending Officer, has been promoted to Vice President. Phillips, who has extensive lending and community banking experience, joined Sturdy Savings Bank in 2008.
She specializes in retail business funding, commercial real estate financing, residential development and construction financing. “I have been a commercial lender for 20 years and have always enjoyed the challenge of designing loans tailored to help small business owners,” she said.
