Cape Regional Urgent Care to Open New Location in Marmora

By Press Release

CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE – Cape Regional Health System is pleased to announce the opening this fall of its third Urgent Care Center, located at 8 Rt. 9 S., Marmora on Monday, Nov. 27, 2017. The new Marmora location joins facilities in Cape May Court House and Wildwood.
Cape Regional Urgent Care provides care for injuries and illnesses that don’t require a trip to the Emergency Department or a primary care physician, such as minor eye injuries, fractures and sprains, lacerations or abscesses. Other services include: IV fluids and medication, on site lab, on site digital X‐ray, EKG, occupational medicine, physicals, nebulizer therapy and electronically prescribed prescriptions.
“We’re proud to have the opportunity to provide local families and visitors in the northern part of Cape May County with a state‐of‐the‐art urgent care center to meet their health care needs,” said John Ruskey, D.O., Cape Regional Urgent Care Medical Director. “The new Marmora facility will give patients convenient access to excellent care for non‐life threatening emergencies without the wait while delivering the same high‐quality, compassionate care they’ve come to expect from Cape Regional Health System.”
The new Marmora Urgent Care Center will feature five patient suites, state‐of‐the‐art digital X‐rays, electronic medical records as well as onsite lab and pharmacy services. The physicians at Cape Regional Urgent Care are board‐certified with extensive working experience in both community and urban Emergency Departments, giving them the advantage of experience with a wide spectrum of diseases and diverse populations.
The Marmora location joins the original Cape Regional Urgent Care, located at 11 Court House South Dennis Rd., Cape May Court House, and also the Wildwood location at 406 Rio Grande Ave. All three locations are open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
