COURT HOUSE – Dottie Lindholm, Equipment Control Technician at Cape Regional Medical Center, has been honored with the Service Excellence Award for June in recognition of her commitment to exceptional customer service. Her nominator states that Ms. Lindholm always makes sure the equipment is ready for the patients who are cared for at the Medical Center, and she always has a friendly smile to share with everyone.
“Dottie provides a valuable service and is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the inventory of patient care equipment used at Cape Regional Medical Center,” stated Mike Stanbach, Sterile Processing Supervisor. “Dottie is an asset to the Equipment Control Program.”
“Dottie provides exceptional care every day,” stated Mark Gill, Chief Financial Officer. “I’ve known Dottie for 25 years, and she always has a smile on her face. Thank you, Dottie, for your exceptional service!”
“This is so thoughtful and sweet. There are so many others more deserving than me,” stated Ms. Lindholm. “When everyone does their job, the pieces of the puzzle all fit. Thanks to everyone who makes my job so easy,” Ms. Lindholm concluded.
Dottie Lindholm joined the team at Cape Regional Medical Center in April, 1985. Dottie, and her husband, Raymond, live in Cape May Court House, New Jersey. In her free time, Dottie enjoys quilting, biking, yoga, Zumba, and is a member of the Cape Regional “Fit for Life” Fitness Center. Dottie is also active in her church and sings in the choir. Dottie has four children and four grandchildren.
