AA and AlAnon Support Groups meet Sundays, Nov. 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 at 10 a.m. in Classrooms A & B and in 3 & 4. CPR Certification
CPR certification will be offered at Cape Regional Medical Center on Saturday, Nov. 14 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in classrooms A & B. The fee is $80 which includes a manual; $65 without a manual. Pre-registration is required. Please call 463-4043.

CPR recertification will be offered at Cape Regional Medical Center on Thursday, Nov. 19 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. in classrooms A & B. The fee is $45 for class and $60 for class and a manual. Pre-registration is required. Please call 463-4043.
Breast Cancer Support Group
This is a support group for those who have been diagnosed with breast cancer, those who are survivors of breast cancer and their families. The group will meet in the Maruchi room at Cape Regional Medical Center on Tuesday, Nov. 10 at 2 p.m.
Smoking Cessation
Smoking Cessation classes will be held at 3 p.m. in the medical center on Wednesdays, Nov. 4, 11, 18 and 25. Call 463-4043 to register. There is a $25 fee and $15 is refunded upon completion of the class. You must attend all 4 classes to get refund.
Prostate Cancer Support Group
This is a new group in Cape May County to provide education and support for both newly diagnosed as well as treated prostate cancer survivors. This group will meet on Tuesday, Nov. 10 at 7:30 p.m. in the Maruchi room at Cape Regional Medical Center. Please call 463-4043 for more information.
