Cape Regional Lab Technologist Honored with Service Award

COURT HOUSE – Immaculata “Mac” Maier, Laboratory Medical Technologist at Cape Regional Medical Center, is the Service Excellence of the Month award recipient for August, 2013.
Ms. Maier was nominated by a colleague who states, “There is something unique and special about Mac. She takes notice when a co-worker is in distress or overwhelmed or just needs a warm conversation or a kind word. She always jumps in to lend a helping hand. She cares about everyone. This makes a wonderful working atmosphere in the Laboratory at Cape Regional Medical Center.”
“I just want to say thank you to everyone at Cape Regional Medical Center. I have worked side-by-side with the best people I have ever worked with. I would like to share this award with each and every one in the Laboratory,” state Ms. Maier. “I am looking forward to many years with my colleagues and my friends here at Cape Regional Medical Center.”
Mac has been a part of the Cape Regional Medical Center team since May, 2011. Mac lives in Wildwood with her family and her two dogs, Clancy and Shamus. She is very involved with the Elks, loves Norman Rockwell and the beach.
