Cape Regional Health System Announces ‘Difference Maker’ Award Recipients for March 2016

CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE – Cape Regional Health System has announced March’s “Difference Maker” Award Recipients. These outstanding team members received the award for providing service that is positive, engaged and proactive to their patients, visitors and fellow team members.
March 2016 – Gregg Aprill, Groundskeeper, Plant Operations; MaryJane Bogushefsky, Medical Technologist, Laboratory; Zina Brown, Coder, Physician Billing; Trish Burch, RN, 4 East; Marshall Ciccarone, RN, Intensive Care Unit; William Hofmann, D.O., Cape Regional Physicians Associates Medical Director; Shilo Kubiak, Receptionist, Cape Regional Physicians Associates Medical Commons; Shelly Nave, Coordinator, Staffing Services; Grace Newell, Scheduler, Central Authorization and Scheduling; Eric Orallo, Desktop Support Specialist, Information Technology; Brian Semonchik, Systems Administrator, Information Technology.
“The Difference Maker Recognition Program recognizes Cape Regional Health System team members for demonstrating the organization’s service standards. These team members make a difference and create an exceptional patient, visitor and employee experience every day by being positive, engaged and proactive,” stated Byron Hunter, Vice President of Human Resources.
The award recipients were celebrated at the Difference Maker P.E.P. Rally (Positive. Engaged. Proactive) on Monday, March 14. Their fellow team members gathered to celebrate their accomplishments.
