By Jack Fichter

CAPE MAY- Halloween was celebrated a few days early here with a 40 minute parade, Sunday Oct. 25.
Many residents and visitors joined the parade along with dancers from Joanne Reagan and Jersey Cape Dance schools and the Wildwood and Lower Cape May Regional High School bands. The Quaker City String Band from Philadelphia marched as well as the Cape May County String Band which rode in a wagon pulled by farmer Les Rea’s tractor.
The parade included ghouls, ghosts, dogs and horses, Disney characters and three references to the movie “Ghostbusters.”
