WILDWOOD – Cape Assist’s Annual Fundraising Dinner will be held Sept. 25 with a social hour and Hors d’oeuvres being served at 6 p.m. followed by a unique buffet dinner at the Windrift in Avalon. Cape Assist was incorporated in 1982 as The Cape May County Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse, Inc. (better known as Cape Assist); a non-profit substance abuse prevention and treatment agency has more than doubled in size over the past 30 years. The agency offers prevention programs and services to schools, businesses, organizations, families and individuals. Cape Assist now offers treatment services for individuals and families who are suffering or affected by someone’s addiction.
