Cabrera Staff Completes Certification Course

By Herald Staff

WILDWOOD CREST — Jeanine Cabrera, Jackie Gaffney, Mike Gaffney and Casey Raffa, all from Cabrera Realty LLC recently completed The Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification course at the annual Realtors convention in Atlantic City.
Real estate profes-sionals pursing these certifications must be members in good standing in the National Association of Realtors® and successfully complete qualifying course work.
“For many real estate professionals, short sales and foreclosures are the new “traditional” real estate transaction,” noted Cabrera, owner and broker of Cabrera Realty. “Because of our know-ledge and experience we have had a 100 percent success rate with all short sales listings that have been listed with our office.”
Cabrera added that knowing how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales and help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities are critical skills for today’s market.
“Agents with the proper tools and training can use these specialty areas to build their business for the long term, she said.”
Three real estate professionals from Cabrera Realty LLC were recognized with Circle of Excellence awards at the annual Realtors convention in Atlantic City.
Jackie Gaffney received a NJAR 2009 Silver Circle of Excellence, Denise Marcell Sullivan received a NJAR 2009 Bronze Circle of Excellence and Jeanine Cabrera earned a NJAR 2009 Bronze Circle of Excellence, Distinguished Sales Club, for 10 years of receiving this award.
