WILDWOOD CREST — Cabrera Realty welcomes new staff and changes in its current staff.
Dean Gentek was welcomed to the staff as a licensed realtor and will be the company’s Property Management Operations Manager. He will oversee the many details of the property management program including the administrative, mainten-ance, personnel, marketing, board and owner relations.
Also new to the Cabrera Staff is Sarah Sheets who maintains Administrative and Front Desk duties for our staff and agents.
Cabarera also announced the addition of Alan Cooper to their Sales/Rental Staff. He will head up rental management at the Binns Bonito Motels in Wildwood.
Cabrera, also recognize thed achievements of Nicole Muratore, who has been with the company for three years, and recently passed her NJ real estate salesperson state test. She is officially the new rental coordinator handling the island-wide rental program and working with the on-site property managers as it relates to rentals.
Dani Mackenzie, a long time seasonal employee, now heads up the Management of the Summer Sands Condominium Complex.
