SEAVILLE — On Oct. 5, from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., the Seaville Family Center will hold an open house to introduce two new businesses that have recently joined the Center. For years, the Seaville Family Center, comprised of the American Martial Arts Academy, Dance Dynamics, and Suzi-Q’s Beauty Salon, has served as a hub of positive activity for children and families in neighboring communities.
Two additional businesses, Bridge Wellness Services and M Fit Gym, now are joining the Center to further enhance its ability to create overall health and wellness for the entire family. The Center partners, in addition to providing their own focused services, also will collaborate in mutual referrals and support to offer individualized fitness and wellness programs for community participants.
The new Bridge Wellness Center offers faith based counseling and wellness services to facilitate the healing of mind, body, and spirit. Mental health counseling, chiropractic care, nutritional health coaching, customized fitness training, massage, and medical consultation are all available in one convenient location. Practitioners at the Center encourage clients to utilize the many services on site in order to identify and address the personal health barriers that may keep them feeling stuck. Working together as a team, the Center strives to help individual clients to, “bridge the gap from distress to personal success.”
During the open house, healing practitioners will be on site to answer questions about their treatment philosophy, and provide information about the wide array of holistic services offered, and the Center.
Simultaneously, the M Fit gym, also located on the same site, offers a state of the art fitness facility designed to support individuals in achieving an optimal state of health and wellbeing. The gym’s unique “fitness by request” program enables patrons to schedule an exercise class on demand using enhanced virtual classroom technology. M Fit is a full-service center that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Owners John and Maura McCray will be on site to demonstrate equipment and provide tours of the facility. Many know John as the Sensei of the American Martial Arts Academy also located at the Family Center. As a special treat, John’s personal Sensei and mentor will be available for a book signing during the open house event.
Drop in to learn more about the new services offered at the expanded Family Center. Music, door prizes, demonstrations, tours, chair massage, healthy refreshments, and children’s activities will be offered to create a fun atmosphere for the entire family. The Family Center Complex is located at 94 Route 50, in Seaville. For more information, please call the Bridge Wellness Center at 609-840-6034 or visit on Facebook or at www.bridgetowellness.net
