Brendan’s Fund’s Annual Donation to Brendan Borek Endowed Fund at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia

On behalf of The Brendan Borek High Tides Memorial Fund, Lydia Borek presented a $50,000 check to Megan Bowers, MSS, LCWS, Social Work Supervisor, Department of Patient & Family Services for the Brendan Borek Endowed Fund at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. In addition, to this donation, a $2,000 check was presented to Megan to support the active operating fund. $1,900 in holiday gift cards will be distributed to the 19 families supported in 2017.
We would like to thank the donors, sponsors and participants of our events. This donation enables us to continue Brendan’s Fund’s Mission of supporting the pediatric cancer patients and their families of Cape May and Atlantic counties.
