CAPE MAY — Bowman Walker Real Estate and Construction recently announced the opening of its new location at 1080 Seashore Road.
While they continue to focus on custom-built homes and additions, they will now offer real estate services.
Craig Needles, Realtor and lifetime resident, joined the staff at Bowman, and will be present to assist clients to buy or sell a home. He is former owner of Peaches Restaurant.
Bowman Walker Real Estate and Construction is at the former location of Cape May Cut Flowers, operated by Pat Bowman. The company was formerly known as Bowman Builders.
Ellery Bowman founded the family-owned business in 1948. His son, Jack Bowman, developer and builder of Bayside Village, Capewoods and Tranquility, continued it. The business is being continued by Bowman’s son, Lance, and son-in-law, David.
“We have evolved and improved as we strive to exceed each of our customer’s expectations,” stated Lance.
“From the many small vacation homes constructed in the early years along the Delaware Bay to the large neighborhoods of Capewoods and Tranquility, and into the fine custom homes market, few companies have as firm an understanding of the Real Estate and Building Industries,” he added.
The newest development, Seagrove, is off Route 9 just north of the Avalon Country Club. Bowman Walker is about to break ground for the first new home. They will offer “incredible discounts” for the first few custom homes to be built at Seagrove.
They are selling parcels of land, at cost, to a buyer as the home sites get up and going. There will be a total of 24 home sites.
The staff at Bowman invites residents to stop in to see their new location and talk with staff members, including Jack Bowman, broker of record; Lance Bowman Realtor and builder and David Walker, Realtor and builder and Craig Needles, realtor.
They have many new listings available and invite homebuyers to consider Bowman Walker Real Estate and Construction for custom built homes and additions or the purchase or sale of any existing home.
