COURT HOUSE — Rosalina Bonney has been honored with the Service Excellence Award at Cape Regional Medical Center for her exceptional hard work and high standards of care and customer service.
“Rosa is a very hard worker. She rarely sits still, and when she is the technician in the Emergency Room, you always know that the area is well stocked and that Rosa is going to be present and available for anything that comes her way. She is very friendly to all our patients and holds a high standard for the care that she provides (and expects the same in others),” wrote Denise McGinly, RRT, Director of Respiratory and Cardiac Services.
“In training situations, Rosa thinks forward and comes prepared and ready to participate. She daily provides exemplary service to all customers, patients, families, and co-workers. It is a pleasure to be Rosa’s colleague,” stated Kathleen McGarry, PhD, Learning and Development Specialist.
Ms. Bonney has been a member of the Cape Regional Team since 1999. She began her career as a Nurse’s Aide, and since 2007, she has worked in the Emergency Room as an ER Technician. Rosa, and her husband, George, live in Villas with their two children, Jesse and Joanna.
