Back, McClure Promoted by Sturdy Savings

COURT HOUSE — Sylvia Back and Holly McClure have been promoted to vice president at Sturdy Savings Bank.
McClure is the bank’s training officer. Back is the Finance Department manager.
Back, joined the bank in 2006, and will serve as the bank’s controller. The longtime area resident is a graduate of Rider College and Middle Township High School.
Back previously worked as an accountant for Price Waterhouse, Borden, Inc. and Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation.
McClure oversees all aspects of training for the bank’s 125 employees. She also spearheads the bank’s customer service initiatives and helps organize staff events.
She has served as a teller, head teller, customer service representative, assistant branch manager and branch manager during her more than 25 years at Sturdy Savings Bank.
A Cape May County native, McClure attended Atlantic Cape Community College and Middle Township High School. She is a Langevin Learning Services Certified Trainer.
