Auction on Avalon Property Concludes Sep. 8

A sealed bid real estate auction on the property at 140 South 39th Street in Avalon, NJ is set to conclude on Sunday, September 8th. This 5500 sq. ft., 50 x 100 sq. ft. prime building lot has an existing home and is one block from the ocean in the heart of Avalon. Location, location! The court appointed starting price is only $900K. All bids over that qualify, but high bid wins. Submitted bids that qualify will be opened Sunday, and the winner will be contacted.
All bids must be accompanied by $10,000 cashier’s check from the bidder’s bank which is refundable if not the successful bidder.
