COURT HOUSE – AtlantiCare Hospice will hold its Eighth Annual Tree of Lights Celebration of Life event Thurs., Nov. 17 at 6 p.m. at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center’s Mainland Campus, Pomona, New Jersey. The event will give the community the opportunity to honor or memorialize a loved one or special event, by symbolically naming a light on the AtlantiCare Hospice and Palliative Care’s Tree of Lights.
The celebration will include readings, music, refreshments, reciting of the names of those being recognized, the tree lighting, as well as the unveiling of personalized commemorative bricks that are part of the AtlantiCare Hospice Celebration of Life Walk.
The AtlantiCare Hospice Celebration of Life Walk is a brick-laden path designed to give the community, family and friends the opportunity to honor, remember and celebrate the lives of loved ones. Donations of $15 for a reading will benefit AtlantiCare Hospice services for those facing the end of life. Deadline to submit donations for names to be read that evening is Nov. 11. All donations enable AtlantiCare Hospice and Palliative Care to continue its mission of providing end of life care to those in need.
