AVALON — A Veterans Day Ceremony to honor the men and women who serve our country will be held Nov. 11, at 11 a.m. at the
Avalon Veterans Plaza, 21st Street Circle on Dune Drive.
American Legion Post #331 will host the Veterans Day ceremony. Commander Al Carusi will preside over the ceremony and offer an introduction and comments.
The ceremony will include a presentation of wreaths by the Avalon Elementary School and by Ed White, from American Legion Post #331. The ceremony will also include a rifle salute.
The event is open to the public.
