Avalon Police Department to Debut ‘Cops and Coffee’ Program

AVALON – Avalon Police Chief William McCormick announced that the Avalon Police Department will be hosting its first “Cops and Coffee” program at Uncle Bill’s Pancake House at 3189 Dune Drive.  The event will be held Oct. 7, 2016 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
The “Cops and Coffee” program is designed to give members of the public an opportunity to speak with officers in a relaxed and causal setting.  The public is encouraged to stop by for a cup of coffee and share any ideas or concerns they may have.
