Avalon Lions Host Pasta Night

By Press Release

AVALON – The fall season just got a bit spicier! The Avalon Lions Charity Foundation is pleased to announce that our annual “Pasta Night” fundraiser will be held again this year on Oct. 20 at the Windrift Hotel Restaurant, located at 80th and the Beach in Avalon, NJ. The event will take place from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Let us treat you to a real taste of Italy; we’ll cook you a great spaghetti and meatball dinner and even throw in Italian desserts and ice cream courtesy of the Sundae Best Ice Cream Parlor in Avalon! Last year’s event was a blast and featured maître d’ service accompanied by organ and violin soloists. This year’s dinner looks to be even better and will feature both a 50/50 raffle and Chinese auction, offering some really exciting prizes.
Ticket prices are $15 per adult, $8 per child age 12 and under, and can be purchased at the following Avalon locations: the Pudgie Pelican Cafe, located at 3528 Dune Drive or Brian’s Waffle House located at 2408 Dune Drive. Tickets are also available at the door, or from any Avalon Lion Volunteer. Take out is available. Call Jim Lutz at (609) 368-1224 for additional information. The Avalon Lions Charities Foundation is a registered 501 (c) 3 charitable corporation.
