COURT HOUSE — Atlantic Cape Community College’s Club 50 Plus will offer workshops this fall designed to enhance the personal, professional and social lives of older learners.
“Exploring the World via the Internet for Seniors” will help participants learn about using email, sending digital pictures and greeting cards, searching for people and maps on the Web, and researching information about health issues, travel, shopping, coupons and more online, two Fridays, Oct. 25 and Nov. 1.
“Manage, Edit and Email Your Photographs” will prepare participants to move images from a digital camera to a computer, then edit and resize pictures for use on the Web or email. Students should bring to class a digital camera and a USB cable to connect to the computer, two sections beginning Nov. 8 and Nov. 15.
“Organize Your Photos and Videos in the Cloud” will teach participants how to use free services like Dropbox and iCloud to store and organize digital photos and videos, including saving files in the event of a crash. Participants will learn how to use Instagram to share pictures with family and friends, Nov. 22.
