MAYS LANDING—“Celebrating 31!,” an exhibit celebrating Atlantic Cape Community College’s 31st anniversary of its Fine Arts Workshop series is on display at Atlantic Cape’s art gallery, April 1-23, with a reception to meet the artists from 1-3:30 p.m., April 23. The gallery is located in the William Spangler Library at Atlantic Cape’s Mays Landing Campus, 5100 Black Horse Pike.
This exhibit will feature the work of workshop participants from throughout the years, as well as artwork by many of the workshop presenters.
The workshops have offered a variety of visual instruction to the community and provided the opportunity for attendants to work with a professional artist for a nominal fee, through Atlantic Cape’s Continuing Education division.
Gallery hours are: 9:30 a.m. – 8 p.m., Monday through Thursday; 9:30 a.m. – 4 p.m., Friday; and 11 a.m. – 4 p.m., Saturday. The exhibit and reception are free and open to the public. For more information, contact Joyce Hagen, art gallery coordinator, at jhagen@atlantic.edu.
