The Gallery of Fine Craft at WheatonArts presents, “Form In Motion II,” continuing through Oct. 4. The exhibit features mobiles, jewelry and glass sculptures that depict motion. The featured artist is Rufus Butler Seder and his “Lifetile Series.”
Seder also wrote the bestselling children book, Gallop! and Swing!
The Gallery of Fine Craft features one-of-a-kind contemporary sculpture and fine crafts in glass, ceramics, wood, metal, textile, and mixed media, plus a broad selection of glass jewelry.
The exhibit space changes four to six times a year with shows by established and emerging artists and studios.
It is dedicated to excellence in the development of studio glass art and regional craft and is a well-known destination for collectors, artists and students.
A diverse range of select sculptural pieces from past exhibits and a variety of decorative pieces with an emphasis on works in glass can be seen in The Gallery’s front rooms.
Works from WheatonArts resident artists, Creative Glass Center of America Fellows, and other nationally and internationally known artists are available for sale.
The Gallery of Fine Craft and the other WheatonArts museum stores are open Tuesday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is free to shop and stroll at WheatonArts except during outdoor special events.
An admission ticket is required to visit the Museum of American Glass, Down Jersey Folklife Center and Artist Studios.

WheatonArts will also host the annual Summer Antiques and Collectibles Show, Aug. 22 and 23. Antique enthusiasts, collectors and the curious will be delighted at the array of fine quality antiques on display.
The show will be held in the Event Center both days. Exhibitors and buyers from all over the region come to buy, sell and talk shop amid the aisles of unique merchandise.
Show hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. Food and refreshments will be available for purchase in the Event Center. Parking is free.
