RIO GRANDE – The Shore Family Success Center will host an Active Parenting Workshop Series. The workshop is a five-part series beginning May 1. The workshop will be held every Wednesday until May 22.
The Active Parenting Workshop is two hours in length. It teaches parents the importance of positive reinforcement, decision making, effective communication, problem-solving skills, collaboration skills, critical thinking, mutual respect, high self-esteem, and courage.
Dinner will be served and childcare will be provided.
