COURT HOUSE – Rutgers Cooperative Extension’s 4-H Youth Development Program is cancelling the Nov. 8 Science-sational Program originally scheduled at the Lockwood Youth Center, Cape May Court House.
County 4-H Agent Julie Karavan explains, “Due to the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, the annual NJEA conference in Atlantic City has been cancelled. Our Science-sational program was our effort to provide families with a fun, hands-on educational day while teachers were out for the conference. Although we are disappointed that the event must be cancelled, we look forward to working with our presenters in the spring for a World Water Monitoring Challenge program.”
